Paula Martin brings nearly 20 years of real estate experiance to Sue Padden.
She has successfuly handled 100's of transactions for both buyers and sellers over the years and offers a wide variety of expertise in many areas including new construction, bank owned/auctions, multi family and residential.
Paula, a 10 year resident of Sandown enjoys participating in many towns activities. She currently leads a Cadet Girl Scout troop and is a past chairperson of the Sandown Old Home Days committee. In appreciation and recognition of her dedication to the town, Paula was honored with the title of Sandown's 2005 Citizen of The Year.
Paula enjoys working with clients and welcomes the challenges of today's real estate industry.
